serial port issue

Jorid,

Why are you flashing the firmware using the serial cable anyway? My
understanding is the only reason to use that is if you are changing the
sam7dfu. You use dru-programmer to upload new firmware which just uses the
normal USB cable. I too am playing with the same unit and I am designing
firmware for it so I have been doing tons of research into embedded systems
programming and the openPCD device. I was just curious of your reasoning so
I can possibly add it to my research. Thanks.

Milosch,

I don't know if your email system is blocking my emails or not but I have
sent you two emails that you have not responded to and usually you respond
the next day. I just want to make sure that you are getting my
communications alright. If I need to use another email address I can. Let
me know. Thanks.
