error while validing and permission errors ??

Are you using the standard usb cable? If so what does your #sudo lsusb
output look like? If not then you need to be using the standard usb cable,
not the serial tty cable. Verify that you can get data from that device by
running the librfid-tool or openpcd-test applications first. Let me know if
any of this works.
