mifare auth error

Make sure to supply the proper transport key to mifare-tool. MIFARE
cards from different vendors have different default keys:

Key A:
- A0 A1 A2 A3 A4 A5
- FF FF FF FF FF FF

Key B:
- B0 B1 B2 B3 B4 B5
- FF FF FF FF FF FF

The OpenPCD card is the FF-type.
