OpenPICC pre-orders

Dear List,

we've just enabled pre-orders for OpenPICC. This makes sure that we can
estimate the total demand for OpenPICCs in a good way and we won't have
too many devices built:

Delivery will be in the first week of August or can be delivered during
this years Chaos Communication Camp in Berlin. We will have a talk there
about OpenPCD/OpenPICC and will do a lot of Hands-On-Hacking there.
Shipping/Handling will be refunded for this particular case - just add a
short note that you will personally get the device from us.
