Sure help is greatly appreciated. See
http://wiki.openbeacon.org/wiki/OpenBeacon_USB for a start. You will
find already, Virtual Serial Port, DMA code an interrupt support inside
the supplied code - so it would be straight forward to port it to
OpenPICC - it's the same processor model.

Nope - I can't test this consumption right now, because I'm in Taiwan
currently (work related) - at least the carrier regeneration PLL can be
disabled by the processor. Can you please measure it and get back to me?

Don't need this, because you have plenty of internal flash left - see
OpenBeacon USB code for examples how to reserve and write flash areas
from within.
