I think it is not possible, since it is one thing that a radio emitter
is present on a chip, and another that a radio decoder is present on a
chip. If you need Tag->Reader communication, you should buy the OpenPCD,
it will do it for you. The people who broke Mifare (
http://www.hackaday.com/2008/01/01/24c3-mifare-crypto1-rfid-completely-broken/
) were doing the same (using an OpenPICC to capture Reader->Tag, and an
OpenPCD to capture Tag->Reader).
