Debug output on serial

Hi,

I have an OpenPCD board with an external RS232 level shifter. I tried  
to modify the main_mifare firmware. I compiled it on a Fedora8 with  
gnuarm-4.0.2 or gnuarm-4.1.1.

I used this for compilation: make DEBUG=1 BOARD=PCD TARGET=main_mifare.

I have a problem with the Debug output. I can not see on the serial  
port any outpout from any DEBUGP family function. On the other hand,  
I can see the output from the AT91F_DBGU_Printk funtion.

This problem is already there with the unmodified source from the SVN.

Any ideas  how to solve this?
