Thanks for your answer.

But for main_librifid (and main_mifare, its derivate), the simple 
solution to add a #define DEBUG before all the #include is not enough. 
BTW, I see a reset every seconds with those firmware: the copyright 
notice and the three lines starting with "DEBUG Interface:" is sent over 
again and again... No idea if that's the normal behaviour ;-)
