Getting my new OpenPCD working

I just got my new OpenPCD plugged in and I wanted to go though some
basic setup to make sure I had configured everything correctly.

I followed the instructions here:

http://wiki.openpcd.org/wiki/Getting_started

I have a couple things the are concerning, like the tty device doesn't
show up, and I can not make the LEDs change behavior. But ultimately
when using the librfid-tool then the device becomes intermittent and can
not seem to detect my Mifare Classic 1k cards.

Below is the output, this is basically a text dump of me running the
various commands and some others in a series.

Any idea of what is wrong?
