Getting my new OpenPCD working

If the ttyUSB device is not necessary for using librfid I will worry
about it later if at all.  

Glad to know the tip doesn't work.  So I sync'd to revision 314 and
1999.

I am still suffering from the same problem.  Either OpenPCD is not
detected or it does not detect the card.  It switches off between the
two conditions randomly.  This output shows three instances of it not
detecting the card and then one instance of it not detecting the
OpenPCD.
