Mixup of RC632_STAT_IRQ and RC632_STAT_ERR

Hi!

As indicated on the librfid-dev mailing list, there is an error in the 
definition file of both librfd and the openpcd firmware. The error is 
the mix-up of the RC632 IRQ and ERR definition in cl_rc632.h 
<imap://soos@imap.inrialpes.fr:143/fetch%3EUID%3E.INBOX.librfid-dev%3E93#cl_rc632.h>:
RC632_STAT_IRQ            = 0x04,
RC632_STAT_ERR            = 0x08,

which should be the other way around. Patch attached.
