How to flash SAM7 + PCB Problem

Hello Everybody,
I am an electronic engineering student and I am getting 
started with RFID. I want to make an OpenPCD to work with Mifare Classic cards.


I want to make the OpenPCB by myself but:

- where to buy the PCB's? (can't 
find them anymore on shop.openpcd.org)
-how to flash the firmware on a blank 
ATMEL?

I have quite a good experience with Microchip uC and they can be 
programmed via a ICSP port. How to program a blank ATMEL??? Obviously the 
cheaper the better :-)
