OpenPCD/OpenPICC PCBs for trade?

We at The Copenhagen University college of Engineering want to build 5 OpenPicc rfid-sneefers. We would be very pleased if you could help us with information about how to get the PCB made - we can get them made in china but they need som cost for setting it up - therefore We thought if you new any-one who has got made pcb's we could perhabs buy some through the same manufacturer
