Can anyone help me?

Hello, all

       I met some problems with using OpenPCD,can anyone give me a hand?
       1.I followed the udev rule to add 62-openpcd.rules to
/etc/udev/rules.d/  and sudo udevadm control --reload-rules;But still can
not access OpenPCD device as a non-root user.
    2.If i use librfid-tool -S to scan a Openpcd device,and control-c to end
it,I try to run librfid-tool -S again,but OpenPcd is not be recognized.Why?


   That two problems bothered a lot.I use the ubuntu 9 system.
